• We offer a 6-month warranty for each of our watches, starting from the QC approved date.
• Warranty covers only issues related to normal usage movement.
• Damage caused by personal actions (e.g. opening the watch, accidental drops) is not covered.
• Any repairs or modifications done by yourself or a third-party watchmaker will void the warranty.
• Repairs after unauthorized modification will be treated as paid services, including shipping both ways and customs risk.
• We are not responsible for water damage beyond the depth specified in the product description.
• Physical damage due to accidents or mishandling is not covered.
• We retain all invoices with date records, so we can verify your warranty period at any time.

We will replace your order with the same unit (or a different one based on our agreement) under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong watch (wrong model, brand, type, or color).
• The watch you received does not match the product description on our website.
• Your package was seized by customs using our recommended shipping method.

• Please read the product details and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
• All products go through strict quality control before being shipped out.
• We only ship out fully tested and functional watches to customers.
• QC (Quality Control) pictures and videos will be provided to customers before shipment is arranged.
